Freedom Support provide a range of care services to individuals who have learning disabilities and complex needs, including Autistic Spectrum Conditions. We support both children and adults, including 24 hour supported living services
Freedom Support began in September 2011 and currently provides over 1500 care hours per week, all of which have been achieved from our excellent reputation.
We provide high quality services which are uniquely designed around each individual, allowing our clients to have as much control of their own care as possible.
We pride ourselves on delivering outcome based services which are regularly reviewed to help each individual reach their full potential.
Freedom Support is registered with and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). We have been inspected in March 2017 and rated as good.
Our services can be purchased either on a private basis, through Social Care and Health Funding.
Our values are to provide person centred support packages that are built with the individuals needs and wishes at the centre of the plan. They are then regularly reviewed in order to be responsive to peoples changing needs and wishes.
We encourage and promote service user involvement in all stages of assessment and reviews, we also facilitate service user meetings which enable our clients to steer the direction of the organisation to enable us to have a truly person centred approach.
We always respect the diversity and equality of others, as well as strongly believing that service users should have the same rights and opportunities as everyone else.
We are a forward thinking organisation who focuses on individual outcomes for our service users. We are prepared to consider innovative approaches where standard ones aren’t possible. If the solution can’t be found, we will actively seek an alternative to ensure the person can still meet and achieve their goal.
We passionately believe that our service users should never be under-estimated and their independence is promoted at all times.
